They are exactly what is required to me at this point in work (I am a server solutions architect and team manager, less experience with RAC installations).

Once request thought, you have mentioned in your video that you intend to publish a document which summarizes all the steps you demostrated. This would be very helpful as a reference for installing 11gR2 RAC. What are your intensions here?
